Postpartum Support

Designed to tend to your healing, bonding, and nourishment after birth– however you define it.

I need…

A woven basket with a heart-shaped fabric insert and the text 'What to expect' curved above it, set against a black background.

Each postpartum session has a unique cadence that we create together, based on what your body, baby, and nervous system need that day. It’s never rigid or one-size-fits-all— your care can feel as structured or as spacious as you need it to be.

Before my visit, there’s nothing to clean or prepare. You don’t need to brush your hair. You don’t need to “host me”. I’ll arrive quietly with my folk care basket — a rotating collection of supportive goods tailored to your needs and preferences: herbs and teas, belly wraps, breast packs, healing balms, and other comforts for your body and spirit.

We begin with a check-in, and from there, the session unfolds. You get cozy while I bring you something warm to drink. I might tidy the kitchen, fold the laundry, cook a meal. I might provide infant care while you sleep or shower. Sometimes we’ll prepare a sitz bath or do some gentle bodywork.

Or maybe what you really need is to talk. So we make space for your birth story, your relationship shifts, your feelings about feeding, or your identity as it’s unraveling and re-forming.

Each session is different, but the feeling is the same: you are seen, you are supported, you are reminded that you’re doing an incredible job!
