First-born daughter energy runs deep over here. I was the kid baby-wearing her dolls, diapering real infants for fun in my mom’s in-home daycare, and watching A Baby Story on TLC like I was made for it (which honestly, I kind of was). A mini doula-in-training.

From the beginning, I was surrounded by babies, birth stories, and big feelings — and I loved it. I’ve always known I’d end up here in some form — supporting birthing folks, women, and families — but the path was winding, as the best ones often are.

ABOUT HANNAH

your favorite doula’s favorite doula.

For 10+ years, I worked as a career nanny and household manager — caring for families through the full-spectrum of everyday life, and becoming fluent in the trust it takes to open your home + heart to outside support. I’ve partnered intimately with families through the blurry newborn days, the milestone leaps + small wins, the ever-present transitions, the love, the grief, the growth. I’ve come to believe that the grown-ups deserve just as much presence and care as the littlest ones — a tender touch that’s too often missing in modern family life.

Before all of that, I studied creative writing — where I learned how to hold stories gently, to listen between the lines, and to honor the quiet truths that shape us.

Along the way, I also walked my own healing path — navigating hormonal health challenges, tending to my fertility, and learning to honor my body’s cycles instead of resenting them. That season cracked me open and led me deeper into the world of herbalism and holistic nutrition, where I began gathering the tools to tend not only to my own body, but to others’ as well.

This winding journey of mine is what taught me how to walk with other folks in theirs — gently and with reverence.

What I bring

to this

vocation:

❀ Deep intuition (I refill your tea before you ask & know when to support vs. when you’ve got this!)

❀ Well-timed humor and levity when you need it

❀ A love of ritual and rhythm, but a strong aversion to anything “one-size-fits-all”

❀ Reverence for the matriarchs who came before me — and a promise to offer what they didn’t receive

❀ Unshakeable belief in you — your instincts, your strength, your right to be supported

❀ MY BACKGROUND ❀
