“Integrative” Health Coaching means looking at the whole picture. Yes, we’ll talk about food, but we’ll also talk about sleep, stress, movement, relationships, nervous system health, and how you’re really feeling day to day— because I believe that true wellness doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It’s shaped by your environment, your values, your lived experience, and your capacity.

My education comes from 10 years as an herbal medicine apprentice, as well as a certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition whose philosophy really shapes how I show up for you. This model of care sees nourishment in every part of life, from what’s on your plate to what’s on your mind. You’ll never be handed a prescriptive plan or one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, we’ll work together to explore what balance means to you, and how to move toward it with curiosity, flexibility, and self-trust.

In your initial consult, we’ll go over the areas of your health that are asking for attention—whether that’s digestion, hormone balance, energy, blood sugar support, postpartum depletion, or simply reconnecting with your body. You can schedule follow-ups as you see fit. Depending on the focus you choose, we might:

  • Review your current routines and challenges

  • Explore the root causes of imbalance

  • Gently introduce shifts in meals, movement, or rest

  • Use herbal, nutritional, or lifestyle support

  • Build rituals and rhythms that work for your life, not someone else’s

These sessions are relaxed, collaborative, and entirely shaped by you. You don’t need present a perfect picture. You just need to show up as you are—because that’s where real, lasting wellness begins.

We’ll explore the full rhythm of your cycle using intuitive reflection, cycle tracking literacy, herbal support, and nourishment-based guidance to help bring your health into alignment with your body’s natural seasons. No pressure. No perfection. Just support that meets you exactly where you are.

  • Whether you're newly pregnant or preparing for birth, this is a space to center your body, your instincts, and your unique path into parenthood. We’ll focus on grounding practices, simple nutritional shifts, and pregnancy-safe herbal support to help you feel nourished, resourced, and steady in a time of big change. Together, we’ll tend to both the physical and emotional layers of pregnancy—so you can move toward birth feeling more connected and prepared.

  • Whether you’re six weeks, six months, or several years postpartum, this support is here to help you come home to your body, your needs, and your evolving self. We’ll work together to ease depletion, restore balance, and rebuild a supportive wellness rhythm—using herbal support, gentle nutritional shifts, and practices that feel grounding and real for your life.

  • Think of this as a space to pause, zoom out, and make a little more sense of it all. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath your child’s behavior, how your own story and upbringing might be showing up, and what rhythms and boundaries could make things feel a little smoother at home. You’ll walk away with practical tools, emotional insight, and a deeper sense of trust in your own parenting voice—the one that actually works for your family.

    My longtime nanny career and early-childhood expertise bring a deeply practiced, realistic, and nonjudgemental lens to these sessions.
