Meal Service

Whole-food, soul-warming meals designed to support your body + your family’s unique season.

I need…

Let’s be real: postpartum meal trains fizzle out, DoorDash gets old fast, and you need joyful, practical food that supports the season you’re in— without the extra effort. Whether you're freshly postpartum, prepping for a baby, navigating hormonal shifts, or just plain tired of feeding everyone but yourself—this offering is for you.

With my background as a nanny and household manager, I’ve spent a lot of time planning menus, adapting to allergies, whipping up toddler-approved dinners, and sneaking nutrient-dense meals into busy weeks.

I’m also trained in holistic nutrition, and have spent many years as an apprentice of Western and Eastern herbal medicine. So yes, I can talk to you about macros and minerals, but this also gives me a unique perspective on food in the spirit of healing; with education in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

As someone who identifies as a foodie, flavor matters to me. My cooking style is warming, whole-food comfort (often plant-forward), and inspired by the seasons. While my meals lean toward nutrient-dense ingredients, I believe good food is about so much more than what’s “healthy.” It’s about comfort, memory, connection. A warm bowl of something delicious can be an act of love, a nod to your lineage, or a reminder that you are cared for.

This offering isn’t just about filling your fridge—it’s about being fed in the way you deserve: intentionally, generously, and healthfully.

Ready to feel nourished—without doing the dishes?
Let’s cook up something just for you.

A cozy option for when you need someone to take the reins on food. Whether I’m in your kitchen or dropping meals at your doorstep, this service offers wholesome, batch-cooked, intentional nourishment—designed to restore, replenish, and satisfy.
